SG Property Fun Fact is a hobby project that turns Singapore's public HDB resale transaction data into browsable fun facts — median prices, town rankings, price trends — instead of a plain spreadsheet.

This is an independent project, not affiliated with the Singapore government or data.gov.sg. Every statistic, comparison, and ranking you see here — medians, rankings, trends, all of it — is our own calculation, run directly on that public data; none of it is sourced pre-computed from anywhere else.

Built by one person who thinks property stats are more interesting than most people give them credit for. Data comes from data.gov.sg (HDB resale transactions and block details, MRT stations, schools and NEA's hawker centres), OneMap (geocoding and maps) and OpenStreetMap (supermarkets, © OpenStreetMap contributors); supermarket logos are trademarks of their owners.
